My Spiritual Journey.
Ever since I was a young girl, I felt a magnetic pull towards all things spiritual whether that be yoga, reiki or mindfulness. Struggling with anxiety as a child, these practices were tools for me to heal and manage my worries. I also began to feel the reward in sharing these practices with others.
I began attending yoga classes with my older cousins and family around the age of 8. I have always found such peace in the yoga practice. The way my body and mind felt after a class felt transformative and I would always leave that class a better person while also looking forward to my next time on the mat.
Throughout my life, yoga has been a practice that has helped me deal with my anxiety, feel strong and empowered within myself and my body and heal both physically and mentally throughout pregnancy. Let alone, get through labor! Now yoga has become a practice to heal and strengthen my body and soul postpartum.
Yoga Experience.
I am a dedicated and passionate yoga teacher (200 hour), educator, and writer. I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years, I began teaching in May 2022. I continued my yoga education through the Yogic Path Sangha and am now in the midst of my 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training which I will complete in December 2024. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Rhode Island and a Master of Education in Elementary Education from Upper Valley Educators Institute. I completed my Masters Thesis in Childhood Social and Emotional Health. In addition to teaching yoga, I write for a lifestyle blog and do digital marketing for local businesses. I was born and raised in Vermont and feel at home and at peace in the Green Mountains whether I am hiking, skiing, or reading. I am passionate about helping others utilize yoga to discover inner peace, listen to the wisdom within, and let love and compassion radiate into every part of their lives.

"I love going to Kelley's yoga classes. The particular postures or breath work offered are different every time, but always grounded in an intentional theme. She creates a vibe of unconditional acceptance-- I would confidently bring visitors or family members to Kelley's class and know they would enjoy it and feel welcomed even if they didn't have previous experience. I can't help but notice what a natural teacher she is -- clearly her years of experience teaching in different realms translates to being a wonderful yoga teacher."

"Kelley's class is inclusive, challenging and accessible all at once. She harmonizes music and moves with themes that speak to the mind, body, and soul. She puts a lot of thought and intention into creating an environment for discovery and growth. Ask about her yoga stick figures: they're whimsical! Her classes keep me coming back to the mat week after week!"

"Today's class was amazing! Holy yoga legs!! I love the pace of your class, slow enough to be meditative while still being an amazing workout and allowing me to really focus on my form. Playlist, quotes, and your yoga voice cadence are all 💯 💯 💯 It was exactly what I needed."
