Out of the Mud is a 6 week virtual yoga and wellness series for those struggling with depression, anxiety, stress and/or overwhelm.

Out of the Mud is a 6 week yoga and wellness series for those struggling with depression, anxiety, stress and/or overwhelm.
The series includes 6 - 45 minute sessions with opportunity for check-ins, meditation, nourishing movement and journaling.
Other supports provided throughout the series include tri-weekly check-ins through a slack/whatsapp group including but not limited to: motivational quotes, resources, journaling prompts, breathing techniques and accountability checks.
